when i try to use google or yahoo maps, grey box instantly pops up "windows installer - preparing to install' 'please wait while windows configures microsoft word'' then 'microsoft word - the feature you are trying to use is on a cd-rom. insert the word 2000 disk and click ok' it seems to be looking for Data1.msi i don't have my original disk. if i click cancel 2 or 3 times, it all goes away and everything works fine. the problem just appeared from nowhere about a week ago and seems to occur only when i try to use either of those 2 map sites. can't trace it to anything that i did. have been using this pc for years with word 2000 and never a problem. no recent installs or changes any ideas? thanks

don't have original cd because that was 9 years ago and i got word 2000 from buying microsoft works. after so many years without any problems, i just threw away the original works box and cds a few years ago. never thought that i'd need it again. now i know better, save everything. i more interested in why this happened and why problem only seems at the google and yahoo map web sites.
