Comment: my computer is not starting up. When i turn on the computer. It show the blue page with HP on it. Cant go any further.

Reply: (edit)im also only booting to an HP splash screen...from there nothing ...cant enter bios...or access boot menu ...will not boot from floppy or bootable cd...have disconected cd rom, hard drive etc... and tried to boot from floppy...nothing...replaced cmos battery..reset cmos...replaced ram...this was a new installation of XP pro and had been working fine...the computer is an HP Brio with integrated sound and video...i'm pretty lost here ...any ideas
