I have a virus and my computer would give a warning and shut down in 60secs every time, so i've been starting in safe or diagnostic mode to avoid it, now my computer won't start in normal mode even though I have it checked(msconfig). everything is working but my video card and my device manager shows no devices installed. what can i do?

did you remove the virus? that sounds like the old msblast worm. if you have the virus you will find a couple of files in c:\windows\system32\wins scvhost.dll or something like that
