i CAN'T GET MY COMPUTER TO LOAD FULLY. I EVEN TRIED TO USE THE SAFE MODE AND ALL I GET IS SOMETHING SAYING C:WINDOWS32. AFTER THE SCREEN WHICH SHOWS SAFE MODE AND THE LAST KNOW STARTUP IT SHOWS THE MICROSOFT XP LOGO AND STARTS TO LOAD AND THEN THERE ARE 3 BLUE ROLLING THINGS AND IT JUST SITS THERE, ANY IDEAS ON HOW OR WHAT I CAN DO TO TRY AND SAVE MY PHOTOS

Your operating system is messed up. Try reinstalling Windows from the system CD. Just follow the wizard but do not do any thing that says format or get help from some one who has installed windows before. You files should remain on your computer under c:\documents and settings\yourname\my pictures.
