Could you, in very untechnical language, tell me what to install to make my cds play. I had RealPlayer but it says it is outdated. I can not seem to update it. I am afraid to open "binary" files after I do download them because they say they might contain viruses. Thank you for any help. Needless to say I am a novice with these things. Thanks again

You can play your cd's with Windows media Player, you don't need Real Player. Click Start / All Programs and open WMP. Click the Tools tab then select Options / File Types and check Select All. That will make WMP your default media player
