i have a dell dimension 5150, when we booted it up the task bar looks like it has gone to an older version of windows and it wont let us open any files although it looks the same otherwise, i have tried the restore but it just says to reboot windows and try again,it does this with most files we try to open. i have also tried ctrl and f11 it doesnt do anything, but we didnt get any restore disks with it. can anyone help please
