Does anyone have a WMV (Windows Media Video) to AVI or MPEG or MOV converter???
I am using the movie maker in XP and I want my videos to be something else but WMV, because none of the other video programs I have support it.

Two programs that edit .wmv files are Sonic Foundry's Vegas Video 3 and Adobe's Premiere 6.0 But any professional grade video editor should be able to do it. The above two programs aren't cheap but are the easiest way to do it. It's possible to do it for free but I can't remember how, try searching www.google.com for "edit wmv files free" or something along those lines.
Goto http://www.sonicfoundry.com/PRODUCTS/NewShowProduct.asp?PID=612 for a free demo of Vegas Video 3
Or http://www.adobe.com/products/tryadobe/main.jhtml#product=42 for the Adobe Premiere 6 demo.
