Dell Demension laptop Upon shutdown or logoff I am getting an end program box stating WMS idle end now. When I do another box comes back and says program not responding. I have to do the shutdown routine several times to get the laptop to shutdown. This just started happening after the last MS patch update and after I ran Live update for the Symantec Security suite. I don't see any task associated with it in the task window, Don't see WMS in the process window. How do I correct this problem, what caused it. I have seen several posting for prior years on this same problem, but no one specific cause.
