Hey i have noticed that on few of my movies i download that when i try to play them in WMP9 it says they are only like 30 seconds long but the file size is 300mb and is way longer than that. This has happened alot and its starting to annoy me and i cant watch them. Does anyone know whats up with it?
WMP9 still seems to have issues with certain movies. I downloaded and installed it when it was in its BETA stage and quickly went back to WMP8 because some movies would not play properly. What is the problem? I have no idea but I don't advise anyone to use WMP9 at the current time. I didn't have any problems though with MP3's.

It just plays and sais it has 30 seconds of it and when 30 seconds past the video stops but the sound keeps going...
As I said, WMP9 has some serious quirks. Why? I don't know. Your best bet is to revert back to WMP8 if you can or use another player. Maybe someone else will have an answer better than mine.

In the RUN box, type: mplayer2 . It is the older version of WMP, try that. Also, do you have the release candidate of WMP9 or a BETA version.
