I have an external 60GB HDD connected to my USB port on my laptop for extra storage. When I try to play a movie or video straight from it it gives me this error: "Windows Media Player does not detect any storage media in the selected device. Inset media into the device."

The device is always connected and i dont have any other problems with it other than with streaming a video from the hard drive. It has worked before but i dont know what happened to make it have this error.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
