Comment:

hi, i recently installed xvid codec over ffdshow codec and now whenever i play mp4 (mpeg 4) files with windows media player 11 it would play normally but in strange red blue colors. I tried turning off mp4 and uninstalling both xvid and ffdshow but still nothing. Does wmp 11 use whatever required codec to play the file regardless of codec settings being turned off??? pls help
