Hi, All.
When I go Online and select "Find Album Info" on a File in WMP10 I usually get a selection of .info files and music titles relating to the file I've chosen.
Is there any way that I can download the .info file only without updating the WMP library?
I have tried looking for the .info file in "Temporary Internet Files" and have tried to copy and paste it from the web-page. Both methods unsuccessful.
Perhaps I could copy the WMP library, update the Media Information and then restore the WMP library copy. A bit messy, though. I suppose I could rename WMP library?

Hello, Wullie. You should check your drivers for audio device. Control panel> Add hardware> it will found un-install hardware and reinstall drivers for it. If doesn't help post back. Good luck!
