Okay, we have a Compaq Presario: PENTIUM 4 1.6Ghz 1024MB RAM nVidia GeForce FX 5700 ULTRA 128MB vidoe card Every time I try to look at system specs, (right click on My Computer, properties) or even try 'dxdiag', I get an error pop-up: WMI has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. And the PC can't see its CPU, RAM, or anything. We really need to get this fixed, anybody help please? -Avarik nomoresnsleft3 - AIM
