Having deleted a "coupon" program without going through Add/Remove and then emptying it from the Recycle Bin(should not have emptied yet), the WJView Error appeared at Start Up:
"Error: Could not execute Main: The system cannot find the file specified."
I cannot remember the name of the program I deleted and am unable to retrieve it because I emptied the Recycle Bin. I have done a System Restore to an earlier date, but this did not resolve the problem.
Having done a search in my hard drive for "wjview", I found three results. I attempted to delete each one separately, without emptying the Recycle Bin, and then the goal was to reboot.
1. wjview found in C:\I386
2. WJVIEW.EXE-0505A0CF.pf found in
C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch
3. wjview found in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM 32Deleted #1 & #2 separately and rebooted with the WJView Error still appearing.
Unable to delete #3.

go to regedit if you don't that error to pop up again and search for WJVIEW
and delete the key, it won't pop up again next time.

Wjview.exe is a command-line loader for Java and an XP file which should not be deleted. It's best, if you are new to using computers to not delete any files you are unfamiliar with. Always use Add/Remove Programs since it will uninstall only the files and folders that need to be removed and nothing else.
