Wireless!can download but not surf

Hi - im having problems with my open access wireless connection. I can download form limewire, but thats about it...not surf no messenger.

Does a wired connection work?
The reason I ask is because in the last two days I have had two customers with Limewire installed by their children who can no longer surf at all. Ping-yes, download E-mail-yes, surf-no with any browser.

I'm picking up open access wireless, so i dont know... its strange. Surely if i can recieve info on limeiwre then i can recieve information through a browser?
