wireless shuts down constant! Help

hello, My wireless shuts down after a short time and when I try to restart the computer says HiddenFaxWindow program does not shut down. I tried to delete window fax components but I can't- even signing in under administrator.... I have a newish Dell latitude D820- someone please help...

try start/run/msconfig and disable all startup items. The only ones you really need running are your AV and firewall and possible the sgtray. See if that resolves your problem, post back your results, ty
