Do NOT use driver genius or any other of those stupid driver finder programs. You have a Dell computer, drivers should be available from Dell. Otherwise, you'll need to identify your individual hardware devices, then get the drivers directly from the maunfacturer's site. For instance, if your laptop uses an Intel wireless chip, get the drivers from the Intel driver site.

According to Dell, your wireless is one of the following. You need to know which one:

Dell Wireless 1390 (802.11g)
Dell Wireless 1490 (802.11a/g)
Dell Wireless 1505 (802.11a/g/Draft n)
Intel PRO/Wireless 3945AG (802.11a/g)
Intel PRO/Wireless 4965AGN (802.11a/g/ Draft n)
Dell Wireless 360 Bluetooth 2.0 internal wireless card (upgradable to Bluetooth 2.1 EDR) (optional).

Driver finder type programs are snake oil, the only thing they are any good for is reducing the weight of your wallet. They can screw things up something rotten.
