I'm having a weird problem with my laptop computer at home. It will recognize a wireless connection and connect to the network, however I can't get onto the Internet. My desktop PC has no problem, and also my Tivo is hooked up via wireless broadband and is connecting fine. Any ideas what might be going on. I use the wireless connection at work on the laptop and it works fine there as well.

Hi. Have you tried resetting your router and modem by disconnecting their power supplies for about a minute then reconnecting them? Good luck Stewart

This may be a DNS setting problem. Try entering : http://66.94.230.52 if it gets you to the yahoo homepage than it is a DNS problem. Make sure in your TCP/IP settings you have it set to: Obtain DNS server address automatically.
