Wireless network disconnects itself

OS: Windows XP Home
CPU/Ram: AMD Athlon(tm) XP2200+/64

When i start Counter-Strike, the wireless network connection on my pc disconnects itself shortly after the server list starts loading. It does not happen on my other pc and i have changed motherboard/cpu/memory/wireless card so im sure it is a software issue.Whats wrong and how do i fix it?
