What equipment do I need to create a wireless LAN connecting my son's Apple IBook and my DELL laptop to the same ASDL internet connection?

get a wireless router, and then get a wireless network card for each laptop.

the signal then goes from your dsl company to your cable modem to the wireless router, and from there, it goes to the laptops.

if you check "help and support", they have instructions on various ways to set up networks, including wireless...they show pictures too
