I can't seem to be able to make a simple ad-hoc wireless network in windows xp :( I just want a simple network so I can get at least a connection instead of "a network cable is unplugged" message. Anyone has any ideas?

thanks.

Network Cable is Unplugged: This error indicates that you have another connection active on your computer - an ethernet or DSL connection. Disable it in Network Connections and try again. =)
