I'm working with a customer that has problems with a wireless connection. He's got the Internet set up with one computer on the Internet and the other computer to connect wirelessly to it...but it keeps saying renewing IP address. What could be causing this? How can this be fixed? smc

Good questions...unfortunately I don't know...and won't know till I'm there...I was hoping for some possible answers before I actually get there...instead of just learning by the seat of my pants...I do know he has a wireless router and that all the computers hook up just fine except for one that keeps saying renewing IP address. smc

Actually, maybe one can help by letting me know how to find an ip address of one's wireless router? smc
