Dear All,

I with my team have deployed SP2 on more than 1200 WinXP machines . My team usually provide software support using Remote Admin tools like Angry IP Scanner, GFI Languard and Dameware Mini Remote Control. Mostly we use Languard and Angry IP Scanner to identify logged on user on a particular machine on any subnet. Probelm is after deploying SP2 on all WinXP machines, we are unable to get the usernames of logged on users on their respective machines. I have tried with disabling the firewall but it doesn't solve the problem. Can you guyz tell me the steps to take to rectify this problem. Your help in this regard will highly be appreciated.

It just seems to me that if you have that big of a networking setup as you discribed you or your team should be having this discussion with M$ tech people since they are the ones that wrote the program that stealths the names from you.
