Comment:

Is it possible to change programs that were installed for all users, to change them to install for one user only? Some applications don't install with that option, and are installed for all users.

Not sure about this, but maybe you can move the EXE's you want to move from:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs

TO:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Start Menu\Programs

Where username denotes your User Account configured on the computer.
-----------------
The Same applies to Desktop:
FROM:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop

TO:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Desktop

Where username denotes your User Account configured on the computer.

hmmmm.....
don't think so, but u can always cut the program shortcut\s in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs and copy in C:\Documents and Settings\you\Start Menu\Programs.
Then the other users won't see the program on their start menus.

Hope this helps
