At AOL Tech Support's request I'm trying to find out how many others have seen this problem. They don't believe it's real.
I can provide Remote Assistance (RA) to users on NON-AOL ISP's ... in either direction .. but I can't assist anyone on AOL.
An AOL 7.0 user with XP can be the assistant.. but can NOT receive Assistance, and in our extended family it's the AOL'ers that need it most.
Have YOU tried RA with a person on AOL 7.0 or seen/heard of this problem? AOL apparewntly does do not believe the problem exists, yet is claiming AOL 7.0 is WinXP compatible.

I run XP Pro with AOL 7.0. I also get this problem. I cannot receive assistance but can give it to someone not using AOL. There is a new build of AOL 7.0 available from keyword beta70 I haven't yet downloaded and tried this but will do shortly and report.
