I am trying to use a 'trial' ver of recordnow Max, but I can't write to the drive because windows write isn't disabled. The info tells me to go to the drive and check the disable box. There is NONE.. can anyone tell me how to disable windows cd write?
thanks for a reply
PS nero won't let me write (using InCD, either) Ez Creator doesn't support my drive

I am not at my XP PC right now but from memory open Explorer, right click on your CD burner drive, select "properties", click on the last tab (can't remember the label) and there is a box there that will didable the XP burner.
