WinXP print queue issue....

I have a NetWare 4.11 network with 4 WinXP computers...when these machines send a print job to our work order printer, they interrupt one another when printing multi-page jobs. If user A sends a 2-page job, then user B sends one, B's job will come out in between pages of A's job. This trend continuses as users send jobs to the machine....
I can't figure out what is happening here. Any ideas?

Does NetWare 4.11 use a print server? Or is your print server on one of the four XP machines?
From the little I know of NetWare, try configuring your print server through PCONSOLE. Also, I believe you have to install SP1 to fix a few issues here.
