Hi,
I'm in big trouble after messing up with my pc. i had a tiple boot with Win xp, Win 2k3 and RHL. I wanted to install Win 2k for some purpose instead of win 2k3. So i installed win2000 in the drive which had Win 2k3. But now everything seems fine with Win 2000, but my win xp wont boot!!After selecting Win Xp from the startup menu, it says ' Windows 2000 could not start coz the following file is mising or corupt - \Windows\System32\Config\Systemd' and after that nothing comes. It says the same for win 2k3 (although i xpected win2k3 installation to get damaged). Also my grub is fine contrary to my belief that it would gt overwtitten and linux boots normally.
What to do!!!
Please help
Thanks a lot

may be easier to just copy the two files ntldr and ntdetect from a friends xp computer to floppy disk and then to your pc.

Slam the XP CD in and select Repair.

Rule #1 Good computers don't go down.
Rule #2 There is no such thing as a good computer.

But the XP install won't boot Linux, will it? When you got the triple boot menu was it from the linux install? LILO or Grub.
