Win-xp Installation from pen drive

Hi
I want to install win-xp through pen drive, I googled but i cant get the clear image of the utilities like pe builder, can any one plz explain how to install xp through pendrive.

If you made barts and use pe to usb there should be a program on it to use for installing.

It most likely would still require either a shared cd on the network or at least the files on the pen drive.

With all that trouble you might consider a usb - cd/dvd
