Hi,

I tried installing winxp on a friend's computer for several times, whit no luck:
by starting the installation from dos-mode, the computer hangs up at copying files to a temporary directory onthe HD. I loaded up smartdrive but it doesn't help.
The computer contains no additional hardware, except the video card (Viper 550).
I also tried to install winxp on different HDs, but I didn't succeed.

Please help!!
