Hi everybody :)
OK, here's the problem which I've been struggling with two days now with no results. So I really do hope someone could help me.
My DVD/RW drive doesn't recognize data or Audio CDs anymore. But DVD discs work just fine. My drive doesn't autorun PC games or Audio CDs anymore, either. Also my OS doesn't detect data or Audio CD's anymore. But like I said, DVD's work just fine.

Are the cd's that you are trying to use copies? There are some known issues about the drives having trouble reading copied discs after SP2 To re start auto play go to "My computer"icon and click explore then click on your dvd/cd-rom drive and open properties. Under "auto play" tab select eac item in the drop down window and tell it what to do for each item and apply/ok it

In despite of what kind Audio or Data CD's (copied or original) result is the same.
I've already tried to start autoplay following those instructions - same thing.
