Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am about to upgrade my PC to 64bit, and after install I need to install WinXP Pro back on, I have downloaded a copy of XP 64bit, but could I use my legit 32bit product key on reinstall.

I'm afraid not.
Did you download a copy of the MS XP64bit trial?
You will have to use the key supplied with that version.
At the end of the six month trial you will have to purchase another CD. I used an OEM version since I built a machine specifically for the 64 bit OS.
An OEM version is available for about $140.

A standard issue of 32 bit XP will work fine on a 64 bit machine.
