What the heck is "winsrv" and how can i get it back? I cant turn my computer on.. it's a blue screen with the error message "Winsrv was not found". It's a blue screen... Help please!

OS is Operating System (Win XP Home or XP Pro)
CPU/RAM CPU is the type of Processor in your computer and its speed. RAM is how much RAM memory you have. For me I would put P4,1.5/512 MB
