I use WLM only once a week. However, it loads every time I boot up. Have tried all kinds of ways to keep it from loading., but there is something lurking somewhere that always start the load process every time I boot up. I would like to load it only when I need it. Any ideas?

A free utillity that will stop any program from starting until you want it to start.
To permanately stop a program or application from starting you must find the associated process and stop it from starting till needed. control panel > admin tools > services and find the process related to windows live.
