okay, here's my dilema.
pc running win2000pro boots to start up, and before logon screen appears, it displays this message:
Winlogon.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x769b37f2" referrenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".
OK to terminate
Cancel to debugright, so clicking OK sends it back to boot up again, resulting in same error. Clicking Cancel sends it off to do soemthing, but it ended up just sitting there for about an hour doing nothing much of anything.
any ideas on how to fix this? i would prefer to avoid reinstalling the OS, unless its a last resort.
cheers muchly everyone
