I am running XP SP1...out of the blue (no pun intended) (no new software installs or anything) when I log on I get this lovely message that we've all seen in NT before:
"Winlogon.exe Application Error
The instruction at "0x00000000 referenced memory at '0x00000000'. The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.
Clic on cancel to debug the program"
NOw if I click on OK or Cancel - I get blue screen. If I leave it alone and click nothing, I can wait and my profile will load, but that error message will stay there for the entire time I'm logged on. If I delete my profile and log on fresh - it works fine...but then as soon as I log off and log back on - I'm back to good 'ol BSOD.Any clues, you have no idea (ok, you probably do) how annoying this is. thanks in advance for ANY help at all!
