CPU/Ram: 1100 mhz AMD Duron / 512

Hi I accidently deleted the winlogin.exe and once a person logs in they are immedietly logged off. I tried LKGC and restarting in the safe mode nothi9ng was successfull. Any suggestions?

I should be able to enter the bios and boot from the CD and repair the missing file.
