winipcfg doesn't start

When I try to execute the utility 'winipcfg' I get an alert window with the following error message:
'The 1001 ordinal couldn't be found in the WINSOCK32.dll dinamic libray' (or something like that translated to english)
After that I click Ok and the program doesn't start.

You do know that this doesn't exist in XP. Go to start, run, cmd and at the command prompt type ipconfig /all (space before slash) or whatever other ipconfig command you want.

You can D/L the Winipcfg.exe and install it for XP. It works fine with XP.
