Comment: After turning on my computer, I don't see my start button at the bottom of the screen. When I hit control-alt-delete, I get the task manager screen. When I try to run a task, it gives me the "This application has failed to start because WININET.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. What do I do?
