WINHLP32.Exe Binary corrupt in XP

CPU/Ram: 1.6gb, 512mb Ram
Comment:

I am getting errow message stating that:
"winhlp32.exe binary is corrupt, please reinstall"
Can this be corrected without completly reinstalling XP. Thanks
