I have a problem with my 60 gb maxtor hdd.I try to change letters and to combine 2 partitions and when it got to and give me error and now i see the hdd in bios device manager , disk manager (as disk 0) what can i do to see my hdd in "my computer" because i need the data on it please help!!

If ur hdd is detected in the bios this means ur hdd is ok but the OS could be corrupted. Boot to safe mode n try also try restoring ur system to a known good configuration if nothing helps.
