There is a virues currently on a computer that I am trying to fix. The problem is that I am unable to run any anti virus software because the software just closes the program.
I cannot use ctrl+alt+del because once the form is displayed, it immediately dissapears. Does any one have any suggestions that will help solve this problem.
The person who owns the computer said that they have a virus called kenval or kneval, not sure how it is spelled.
Could this be the problem. Also, if it is or not, is anyone familiar with this virus and how can I remove it. Thanks
