Comment: I have two user accounts on my PC, 1 is the admin account the other is a user account. The problem is when I log in to the user account, it automatically comes up with the dial a connection to the web, but the pc in connected to a bradband connection, this problem does not happen if I log in to the admin account?

Reply: (edit)Open User account > Start > Control Panel > Network Connections & if it has a dial a connection, right click on it & Delete.
