Hello all,
I was exploring my drive last night and noticed that my temporary internet files folder isnt in its usual location, which is C:documents and settings/patrick/local settings.

I cant find it anywhere, so I search the drive and it comes up inder find, with access to the files, but it isnt in the file tree using explore, or my computer.

Any idea's where it went or why I cant access unless I use find?

Thanks in advance.
-P

In Control Panel,
click Tools in the Menu Bar,
click Folder Options,
then View Tab,
then in the "Advanced Settings" list check mark
"Show hidden files and Folders"

While you are there, check mark
"Remember each folder's view settings".

It probably shows in find because find may be set to look in hidden files and folders.
