PC loads up to windows screen, then keeps looping back to start up. Tried to run cd but pc ignores it.

In the bios setup it may be set to boot from A:C: D:
Change it to boot from A: D:C:Or try pressing f12 at start up and see if you get a boot option
No mention of computers brand so just a guess on f12
