windows xp sp2 explorer freeze

hi i have a problem with windows xp sp2 stated here: http://www.computing.net/windowsxp/wwwboard/forum/119399.html i cant seem to get it fixed, no matter what i do, i tried full formatting and reinstalling windows serveral times and it does not work....

Call MS for free support. 888-sp2-help Choose option 5 for a live operator. I know there is a fix for it but have the fix at work cant remember the exact steps. Good Luck
