If it isn't the final version, I would not recommend downloading and installing it. Unless of course, you are willing to deal with the guaranteed problems that WILL occur. But then again, it is Microsoft we are talking about so problems are an everyday thing.
Seriously though, best to wait for the official release.
I tried it a few weeks ago and it caused problems.

Even when it is becomes official you will still need to patch it.
I download and install every one of 'em them as microsoft spits 'em out, I love the thrill that I get outta doing that, plus I can follow the changes being made to every subsequent release.
