Have you gone to Display Properties > Settings tab > Advanced button and looked around?

nvidia riva 128 is a relic from Windows 3.11 to Windows NT era. NVidia had not released a driver for Win 2k or Win XP.
You may stop the search and look for a new Video card.:-(

Windows XP should install its own driver but it may not have the TV-out function. Best bet is to buy another newer Graphics Card.

There is a slim (very slim) chance you could get an older driver or software to work. I would try to use the original disk in compatibility mode and see what happens. Do a system restore point first.
