i have problem with windows xp shutting down process, whenever i shut down my system it stop responding saving page mouse work fine at that time mean system is not getting hang
please my dear anyone give mesolution b'couse finally i have to hard shutdownmy system switching power off

snehal_29in, dunno just what's causing your problem or how to fix it. XP shutdown's usually pretty reliable. I can suggest a valid workaround though. I use it myself (for convenience). There's a shutdown program called 'Slawdog' that works good. Get it free @: http://www.slawdog.com/products/smartsd/ HTH. Ed in Texas.
