Hi, I am having problems shuting down my computer. When i try to shutdown start-turnoff computer - turn off. it starts to shutdown then a box pops up saying program failed to close (trd WW.c\windows\system32\p.....) it trys to close but comes up with the option end now. Over the top of this message box, another box appears an error box (wuche220.exe - dll initialization failed) it says press ok. i keep pressing ok but it keeps appearing 7 or 8 times, the other box when i press End now another box appears the same as this but a diffrent file (trd ww:\windows\system32\ijaf......) and this trys to shutdown and over this the same error message appears (wuche22.exe-dll initialization failed) press ok, i have to End now for this alo and click ok 3 or 4 times on the error box, then finaly the computer shutsdown. I am not very technical on computers and i hope this is not to confusing to read, but this should not happen on shutdown so something must be wrong. Could somebody please try and help me with this please. Many thanks.

Doing a web search for wuche22.exe comes up with
nothing.

Do you check for, and remove, Spyware ??
Spyware info.from Microsoft
Virus and Spyware scans work better in Windows Safe-Mode.

---Update---

Hi, I am having problems shuting down my computer. When i try to shutdown start-turnoff computer - turn off. it starts to shutdown then a box pops up saying program tying to close (trd WW.c\windows\system32\p.....) it trys to close but then comes up with program not responding with the option end now. Over the top of this message box, another box appears an error box (grey box with red circle and white x(wuche220.exe - dll initialization failed) (the application failed to initialize because the windows station is shutting down) it says press ok. i keep pressing ok but it keeps appearing 7 or 8 times, the other box when i press End now another box appears the same as this but a diffrent file (trd ww:\windows\system32\ijaf......) and this trys to shutdown and over this the same error message appears (wuche22.exe-dll initialization failed) press ok, i have to End now for this alo and click ok 3 or 4 times on the error box, then finaly the computer shutsdown. I am not very technical on computers and i hope this is not to confusing to read, but this should not happen on shutdown so something must be wrong. Could somebody please try and help me with this please. Many thanks.

UPDATE: i have done some investigating myself by doing search files and folders on my computer,
the (wuche220.exe - dll initization failed) search files found 1 file wuche220.exe-0712c807.pf , PF file c:\windows\PreFetch.
the (trd w:\windows32\ijaf.......) Ending Program and Failed to Respon-End Now , Search found 1 file ijafqs.exe-2516ced4.pf , PF file c:\windows\PreFetch.

Hope these help with the resuts. Many thanks
